"กรุงเทพฯ" เป็นเจ้าภาพจัดงานสัมมนา "AGRIFUTURE 2025" และงานสัมมนา "FTA Agricultural Burning" ขับเคลื่อนแนวทางปฏิบัติที่สะอาด นวัตกรรม และความร่วมมือระดับภูมิภาคเพื่อการเกษตรที่ยั่งยืน

สมาคมเกษตรกรรมเยอรมัน (DLG) ได้เปิดงานสัมมนาและนิทรรศการ "AGRIFUTURE 2025" อย่างเป็นทางการเมื่อวันที่ 23 กันยายน 2568 ณ ทรู ดิจิทัล พาร์ค กรุงเทพฯ ภายใต้หัวข้อ "แนวทางปฏิบัติที่สะอาดและนวัตกรรมสีเขียวเพื่อระบบเกษตรและอาหารอย่างยั่งยืน" พร้อมกันนี้ สมาคมเพื่อนเกษตรไทย (FTA) ได้จัดการประชุมประจำปีครั้งที่ 2 ว่าด้วยเรื่อง "การเผาไหม้ทางการเกษตร ในหัวข้อ ดับไฟ: ก้าวสู่ทางออกเพื่อการใช้ประโยชน์จากชีวมวลหลังการเก็บเกี่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน" งานนี้ดึงดูดผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียกว่า 300 รายจากทั่วภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้และทั่วโลก มาร่วมประชุมด้วยความมุ่งมั่นร่วมกันในการส่งเสริมการเกษตรที่ปล่อยมลพิษต่ำ ความยืดหยุ่นต่อสภาพภูมิอากาศ และระบบอาหารที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยนวัตกรรม มิตรเกษตรไทย

(FTA): จากบทสนทนาสู่ทางออก
การประชุม FTA Agricultural Burning Conference ก้าวเข้าสู่ปีที่ 2 แล้ว นับเป็นก้าวสำคัญระดับภูมิภาคอีกครั้ง หลังจากประสบความสำเร็จในการจัดงานครั้งแรกในปี พ.ศ. 2567 เดิมที เครือข่าย FTA ริเริ่มโดยที่ปรึกษาด้านการเกษตรจากสถานทูตหลายแห่งในกรุงเทพฯ และสมาคมเกษตรเยอรมัน (DLG) เครือข่าย FTA ยังได้รับการสนับสนุนอย่างแข็งขันจากสถาบันสำคัญของไทย ได้แก่ GIZ ประเทศไทย, FAO และโครงการความร่วมมือด้านการเกษตรเยอรมัน-ไทย (GETHAC) แพลตฟอร์ม FTA ทำหน้าที่เป็นกลไกที่เชื่อมโยงผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียหลายภาคส่วน เพื่อผลักดันแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาหมอกควันข้ามพรมแดน การเผาเศษพืชผล และการใช้ประโยชน์จากชีวมวลหลังการเก็บเกี่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน ดร. กิส เธียนิสเซน ที่ปรึกษาด้านการเกษตรประจำสถานทูตเนเธอร์แลนด์ประจำประเทศไทย และสมาชิกผู้ก่อตั้งกลุ่ม FTA ได้เน้นย้ำถึงวัตถุประสงค์ของการประชุมในปีนี้ว่า การประชุมในปีนี้ได้ต่อยอดความมุ่งมั่นร่วมกันของเราในการแก้ไขปัญหาการเผาทางการเกษตร โดยมุ่งเน้นไปที่การใช้ประโยชน์จากชีวมวลอย่างยั่งยืน ในฐานะชาวต่างชาติที่อาศัยอยู่ในกรุงเทพฯ เราได้เห็นโดยตรงว่าการเผาส่งผลกระทบต่อคุณภาพอากาศและสุขภาพของประชาชนอย่างไร ผ่านทางกลุ่มมิตรเกษตรไทย เรามุ่งมั่นที่จะเปลี่ยนบทสนทนาให้กลายเป็นการปฏิบัติจริง โดยการส่งเสริมทางเลือกที่เป็นไปได้ นำเสนอนวัตกรรม และสนับสนุนความร่วมมือระดับภูมิภาคเพื่อเปลี่ยนวัสดุเหลือใช้ทางการเกษตรให้เป็นทรัพยากรที่มีคุณค่า

การประชุม FTA ปีนี้จัดขึ้นโดยแบ่งเป็น 4 กลุ่มย่อย ได้แก่ นวัตกรรมและกลไกสำหรับการจัดการชีวมวล (นำโดยสถานทูตบราซิล) การจัดการไฟป่าและฟาร์ม (จัดโดย RECOFTC และ Tropenbos International และได้รับการสนับสนุนจากสถานทูตเนเธอร์แลนด์) เทคโนโลยีจากสารตกค้างสู่มูลค่า (จัดโดย FAO และ DLG) โซลูชันการเผาไหม้ทางการเกษตรแบบผสมผสาน ขับเคลื่อนโดย AgriSpark โดย GETHAC การนำเสนอนวัตกรรม AGRIFUTURE: แพลตฟอร์มสำหรับนวัตกรรมที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยเป้าหมาย ส่วนเสริมของการสนทนาเชิงนโยบายและทางเทคนิคคือการนำเสนอนวัตกรรม AGRIFUTURE ซึ่งเป็นส่วนงานที่ไม่แสวงหาผลกำไรที่นำเสนอเทคโนโลยีที่ประยุกต์ใช้และแบบจำลองที่ปรับขนาดได้สำหรับการเกษตรอัจฉริยะด้านสภาพภูมิอากาศ รูปแบบนี้ออกแบบมาเพื่อเชื่อมช่องว่างระหว่างผู้ให้บริการเทคโนโลยีและความท้าทายของระบบเกษตรและอาหารในโลกแห่งความเป็นจริง โดยเน้นนวัตกรรมในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลด้วย AI การจัดเก็บความเย็นที่มีประสิทธิภาพด้านพลังงานสำหรับพืชผลมูลค่าสูงในภูมิภาค และชลประทาน 4.0 ซีรีส์การนำเสนอผลงานนี้ไม่ใช่เวทีการขาย แต่เป็นพื้นที่ที่คัดสรรมาเพื่อการสื่อสารด้านนวัตกรรม การให้ข้อมูล การสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ และการเชื่อมโยงผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียที่เกี่ยวข้องจากภาครัฐ เอกชน และภาคการวิจัย AgriSpark Hackathon: โซลูชัน AgTech ที่ขับเคลื่อนโดยเยาวชน ไฮไลท์สำคัญของงานคือการแข่งขัน AgriSpark Hackathon Finals ซึ่งขับเคลื่อนโดยโครงการ GETHAC ซึ่งรวบรวมทีมมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำทั่วประเทศไทยมาแข่งขันกันในความท้าทายด้านการเกษตรแบบยั่งยืน แฮ็กกาธอนประกอบด้วยรอบการนำเสนอผลงานสองรอบและพิธีมอบรางวัลสุดท้าย เพื่อเน้นย้ำถึงบทบาทของนวัตกรรมเยาวชนในการขับเคลื่อนเทคโนโลยีการเกษตรที่พร้อมสำหรับอนาคตและความยืดหยุ่นต่อสภาพภูมิอากาศ

คุณกรองศักดิ์ ทรงรักษา รองอธิบดีกรมส่งเสริมการเกษตร กล่าวชื่นชมความชาญฉลาดของทีมงาน GETHAC ว่า "ผมประทับใจอย่างยิ่งกับผลงานของทุกทีม โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งแนวทางการจัดการเศษวัสดุเหลือใช้ทางการเกษตรที่สร้างสรรค์ในโจทย์ "จากเนินเขาสู่ถนน" และ "ไม่เผาอีกต่อไป" วิธีแก้ปัญหาเหล่านี้สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงการผสมผสานภูมิปัญญาของเกษตรกรเข้ากับความรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์อย่างกลมกลืน สิ่งเหล่านี้ไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นในห้องประชุมแบบปิด แต่เกิดจากความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งเกี่ยวกับผืนดินและความต้องการของผู้เพาะปลูก"

Driving Clean Practices, Innovation, and Regional Cooperation for Sustainable Agriculture
Bangkok, Thailand 23 September 2025 The German Agricultural Society (DLG) officially opened the AGRIFUTURE Conference & Exhibition 2025 today at True Digital Park, Bangkok, under the theme Clean Practices and Green Innovations for a Sustainable Agri-Food System. In parallel, the Friends of Thai Agriculture (FTA) convened its second annual conference on agricultural burning, titled Putting Out the Fire: Advancing Solutions for Sustainable Post-Harvest Biomass Utilization. The event brought together more than 300 stakeholders from across Southeast Asia and beyond, united by a shared commitment to low-emission agriculture, climate resilience, and innovation-driven food systems.
Friends of Thai Agriculture (FTA): From Dialogue to Solutions

Now in its second year, the FTA Agricultural Burning Conference has returned as a regional milestone following the success of its inaugural edition in 2024. Originally initiated by agricultural counsellors from several embassies in Bangkok and the German Agricultural Society (DLG), the FTA network is also actively supported by key Thai institutions, including GIZ Thailand, FAO, and the German-Thai Agricultural Cooperation Project (GETHAC).

The FTA platform functions as a multi-stakeholder mechanism for advancing solutions to transboundary haze, crop residue burning, and sustainable post-harvest biomass utilization.
Dr. Gijs Theunissen, Agricultural Counsellor at the Embassy of the Netherlands in Thailand and a founding member of the FTA group, emphasized the objective of this years gathering:
This years conference builds on our shared commitment to tackling agricultural burning by focusing on sustainable biomass utilization. As expatriates in Bangkok, weve seen firsthand how burning affects air quality and public health. Through the Friends of Thai Agriculture, we aim to turn dialogue into actionby promoting viable alternatives, showcasing innovations, and supporting regional cooperation to transform agricultural residues into valuable resources.

This years FTA conference is organized around four targeted breakout sessions:
Innovation & Mechanization for Biomass Management (led by the Embassy of Brazil)
Farm and Forest Fire Management (convened by RECOFTC and Tropenbos International and supported by the Embassy of the Netherlands)

AGRIFUTURE Innovation Pitch: A Platform for Purpose-Driven Innovation
Complementing the policy and technical dialogue is the AGRIFUTURE Innovation Pitch, a non-commercial segment that showcases applied technologies and scalable models for climate-smart agriculture. The format is designed to bridge the gap between technology providers and real-world agri-food system challenges, highlighting innovations in AI-driven data transformation, energy-efficient cold storage for high-value crops in the region, and Irrigation 4.0.

The pitch series is not a sales forum, but rather a curated space for innovation communication, informing, inspiring, and connecting relevant stakeholders across the public, private, and research sectors.

AgriSpark Hackathon: Youth-Driven AgTech Solutions
A major highlight of the event is the AgriSpark Hackathon Finals, powered by the GETHAC Project, which brings together top university teams across Thailand competing on sustainable agriculture challenges. With two pitching rounds and a concluding award ceremony, the Hackathon underscores the role of youth innovation in driving future-ready agri-tech and climate resilience.

Mr. Krongsak Songraksa, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Agricultural Extension, credited the GETHAC team for its ingenuity:
I am deeply impressed by the work of every teamespecially the innovative approaches to managing agricultural residues presented in the From Hill to Road and Burn No More challenges. These solutions reflect a seamless integration of farmers wisdom with scientific knowledge. They were not conceived in closed meeting rooms, but born from a deep understanding of the land and the needs of those who cultivate it.
Looking Ahead

The two-day program includes field visits to two innovation sites, Kubota Farm and the Hydro-Informatics Institute of Thailand, offering delegates exposure to practical applications of precision farming, digital tools, and water-smart technologies.
